#1 INGREDIENT PREPARATION

At the beginning of production, our trained operators carefully prepare and weigh all raw materials according to the batch formulation record. Depending on the type of ingredient, whether liquid, powder, or viscous material, different weighing and measuring devices are used to ensure precise ratios and consistency across batches. All data are verified and recorded before materials are released for blending.

#2 BLENDING

In this stage, based on each product’s unique formulation, various ingredients are added in a precise sequence and blended thoroughly. Depending on the product characteristics, such as viscosity, volatility, or sensitivity to air, the blending process is carried out in open, or closed, or vacuum mixing tanks. Each mixing system enables precise control of temperature, speed, and duration, ensuring uniform dispersion and optimal preparation for the next step.

#3 EMULSIFYING

Each formulation follows its corresponding technological process, combining both the art and science of emulsification. Our technical staff adheres strictly to formula and process standards, ensuring the water and oil phases are blended at the optimal temperature, speed, and vacuum level to form a fine, stable emulsion. This stage determines the product’s texture, appearance, and long-term stability.

#4 SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT TESTING

After emulsification, semi-finished products are sampled for in-process quality control. Only when the QC department approves the test results will the remaining batch proceed to a 72-hour stability observation period. This ensures that the batch meets internal standards before filling.

#5 BOTTLING

Once the semi-finished product passes inspection, it is transferred to the filling line. Products are filled into various containers such as tubes, bottles, jars, or spray packages, ranging from 5ml to 4000ml. All filling operations are conducted under controlled environmental conditions to maintain cleanliness and accuracy.

#6 OUTER-PACKING

Proper packaging ensures the safety and integrity of products during storage and transport. Leezon takes extra care in outer packaging to protect every shipment and ensure customers receive goods in perfect condition.
