Q: Are you a manufacturer? Do you accept OEM / Private-Label service?

A: Yes. We are a professional hair-cosmetic manufacturer with ongoing R&D, production, quality control, sales and after-sales capabilities. Our factories are in Guangzhou city and are designed and operated in accordance with GMP standards. We welcome OEM / private-label partnerships and will support you to build or scale your brand efficiently.

Q: What are your main products? Can you explain in detail?

A: Our main product categories include hair treatment and styling products, for example:

• Products for African hair care: Braid Gel, Locs & Twist Gel, Locs & Braids Foam Control, etc.
• Men’s styling: hair wax, pomade / clay, styling sprays.
• Hair care & repair: hair oils, serums, hair masks.
• Professional treatment products: straightening creams, perm/setting products (customized to regulation and client needs).
  We can provide a detailed product catalogue, formulation options, and positioning suggestions upon request.

Q: Can I get samples before placing an order? How do I get them?

A: Yes. Please tell us which product you need and provide your shipping address so we can quote sample shipping cost. After confirming the sample invoice and payment, we will ship—DHL delivery normally takes about 5–7 business days (subject to destination and customs).

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ varies by product and packaging:

• Regular/stock items: small orders may be accepted (e.g., 10 cartons per SKU depending on available stock).
• OEM / Private-Label depends on packaging and formulation. Typically, a custom private-label order starts at around 5,000 units, but final MOQ will be confirmed after evaluating your specific requirements.
  If you have target markets or budget constraints, tell us your priorities and we will propose a phased production or low-risk plan.

Q: What is the procedure if I need OEM/buy products with my Own brand name?

A: Below is our OEM / Private-Label Procedure

1. Product Selection and Confirmation
   Let us know which product(s) you wish to produce with a private label.
2. Specification & Sample Confirmation
   Confirm product specifications and packaging details. We recommend approving a physical sample to ensure formulation, texture, color, and packaging meet your expectations.
3. Quotation & Contract
   We provide a formal quotation. After you confirm, we will prepare the sales contract specifying price, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery terms.
4. Deposit to Confirm Order
   Arrange the agreed deposit to confirm the order and schedule production.
5. Trademark Authorization & Artwork Submission
   Provide a signed Trademark Authorization Letter and submit your final label/artwork files.
6. Label Proofing
   We produce a label mock-up (digital proof and/or physical label sample) for your final approval.
7. Production
   After final approval, we proceed with production in accordance with the confirmed specifications.
8. Final Payment
   Settle the balance payment upon completion of production (before the shipment as per the contract).
9. Cargo Delivery
   Arrange shipment using your nominated freight forwarder, or request that we source and coordinate shipping on your behalf.

Q: What are your payment terms if we cooperate with your company?

A: Our standard payment term is 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to shipment. We accept wire transfers (T/T), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Other payment methods (e.g. PayPal) can be discussed upon request.

Q: What is the delivery time after I confirm the order?

A: For OEM / private-label orders, the typical lead time is 35–40 days after we receive the deposit and you confirm the final artwork. This generally includes label printing (≈15 days) and factory production (≈15 days). Lead times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons; we will provide an accurate schedule when confirming your order.
